The restaurant was great for more guests here, I had excellent dishes. It was within 5 minutes walk from a bus station.

I liked my time in this property. Had nice stay of four nights and the weather was really warm. Booked a room with lovely views over the sea.

The bathroom was cold, I didn't like it.

Had a really nice stay of four nights, loved staff and location. The room was spotless with a balcony, had wake-up service, that's cool. Lots of facilities like: an electric kettle, central heating, an iron and ironing board.

Welcoming staff, fine breakfast, perfect location so close to St Mawes and cafes. I got free upgrade and really enjoyed it. Furthermore, parking on-site was a bonus.

Such great overall experience. The property seemed fairly clean and the room was beautiful. The rooms with balcony overlooking the harbour, harbour view and exceptional views. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

Hotel's reception was lovely with fabulous personnel. A comfortable atmosphere around the place. English breakfast for the price of the venue and all the food was gorgeous. I recommend because I really enjoyed it and didn't want to leave.

The staff were obliging, the room was extremely pleasant, I appreciated exceptional location. The place was near Saint Mawes city centre.

We liked this place, it's pleasant. Excellent service at all times too. Location is best possible, within easy walking distance of a public beach.

Hotel was spotlessly clean, while everything was fab. My room was well cleaned, there were coffee, free wireless internet access and netflix. The location was peaceful and the staff here was courteous. Marvellous customer service too. I loved my real good stay.

Wonderful property, exceptionally clean, decent service and fair value. There were perfect, pretty rooms with the bathroom, shared balcony and a shower.

Hotel was very clean, free Wi Fi. The bed was comfy, we enjoyed it.

it's a classic place with beautiful rooms and views. hotel's waiter was top! only 5 min walk to downtown. as picky eaters we enjoyed to be close to a great selection of restaurants, went to the watch out couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away.

Overall, it's excellent place for exploring Saint Mawes attractions.

Bed was comfy and the room was modern. The view from the window was pretty!
